- One field at a time is recommended, especially for beginners.
- Consistency is more important than duration.
- Allow space between sessions if sensitivity or discomfort is noticed.
Headphones, Earphones, or Speakers?
Dynamic Energy Fields can be played through:
- Headphones or earphones
- Phone speakers
- External speakers or home audio systems
The field functions as an energetic transmission and does not rely on audible sound alone. This means it can still function even at very low volume or muted, as the transmission is not dependent on hearing the audio clearly.
For better personal perception and focused engagement, earphones or headphones may be preferred during daytime or seated practice.
For overnight or long-duration listening, it is recommended to:
- Use phone speakers or external speakers
- Avoid headphones or earphones during sleep for comfort and safety
Volume & Looping
- Keep the volume low and comfortable. Louder volume does not increase effectiveness.
- Looping is acceptable if it feels supportive.
- For extended or overnight use, allow the practice to remain gentle and non-intrusive.
- Let your own sensitivity and comfort guide usage rather than forcing schedules.
Practice Approach
